Who can join the training program?
Candidates authorized to work in the United States, including CPT, OPT, STEM OPT, H4 EAD, L2 EAD and J2 EAD holders, Green Card holders, US citizens, and Canadian citizens with valid US work authorization. We confirm eligibility during intake.
Is the training remote?
Yes. Sessions are delivered remotely by instructors, and recordings are emailed to you after each session so you can review them at your own pace.
How long is the training?
The intensive training phase runs for 40 to 45 days. Marketing to client opportunities begins after training is complete.
What happens after training?
You work on a live project as part of an on-the-job training internship and receive a certificate of completion. We then help you prepare your résumé and interviews, and our team markets your profile to client opportunities.
Is job placement guaranteed?
No. We provide dedicated marketing, interview preparation and job support, but outcomes depend on the market, client requirements and interview results.
Do you sponsor H1B visas or process green cards?
For eligible employees, yes. Sponsorship and green card processing depend on the role, your eligibility and USCIS requirements, and are not guaranteed.
What does STEM OPT employment require?
STEM OPT employment must be a genuine role with an employer enrolled in E-Verify, supported by a Form I-983 training plan. Every offer we extend is for a genuine role that meets these requirements.
